Lumbre Vibra
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
LUMBRE VIBRA DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS OF ITS MEMBERS.
These terms govern your use of Lumbre Vibra, which is owned and operated by PGBDIC LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“we” or “us”).
By creating an account or using Lumbre Vibra, you agree to these terms, to our privacy policy and to our community guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Lumbre Vibra. We check the date of birth you give us at signup and refuse anything under 18. Lumbre Vibra is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly keep an account for anyone under 18.
You also confirm that you can enter a binding agreement, that what you tell us about yourself is true, and that you are not using the service on behalf of someone else. One person, one account.
If we have previously removed your account, you may not create another one without our agreement.
Your account
- You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login secure.
- One person, one account. No impersonation.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow our community guidelines. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate them.
What you may not post or do
These rules apply to your profile, your photographs, your messages, and anything else you put on Lumbre Vibra. Breaking them can cost you your account.
- Anything involving a minor, or any sexual content involving anyone under 18. There is no warning for this and no second account.
- Photographs that are not of you, or that you do not have the right to use. No stock images passed off as yourself, no photographs of other people presented as you.
- Impersonation of another person, real or invented, including using someone else's name, likeness or story.
- Harassment, threats, stalking or hate speech, or targeting anyone for who they are, including their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender or sexuality.
- Explicit sexual content, nudity, or graphic violence in profiles or photographs.
- Commercial use such as advertising, promotion, recruitment, escorting, or soliciting money, gifts, investments or donations from other members. This includes romance-scam behaviour of every kind.
- Contact details or off-platform funnelling placed in a profile to move people to another service before they have chosen to go.
- Sharing another member's private information, messages or photographs outside Lumbre Vibra without their consent.
- Attempts to scrape, automate, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or to reach data you were not given access to.
Our community guidelines explain the thinking behind these rules and what we do about them.
Your content stays yours
Your photographs and the words you write remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them.
To run the service we need your permission to do specific, ordinary things with what you post: store it, resize and re-encode your photographs so they display properly and so location metadata can be removed, and show it to the members you have chosen to be visible to. That permission is limited to operating Lumbre Vibra.
We do not use your photographs or your words in advertising, on our marketing pages, or as testimonials. The photography on our public pages is licensed stock imagery of models, and it is labelled as such wherever it appears. It is never a member.
The permission ends when you remove the content or your account, except where a copy must remain for the reasons set out in our privacy policy. Chiefly: a conversation belongs to two people, so your messages stay in the other person's history with your name removed.
How moderation actually works
We would rather tell you exactly what we do than imply more than we deliver.
- Photographs go live straight away. Before storing one we run a technical check only: that the file is a real image of a supported type and size, and that location and camera metadata are removed. If we cannot remove that metadata, we reject the upload rather than store it.
- That technical check is not a review of what a photograph shows, and it is not identity verification. It does not confirm that a photograph is recent, is of the person posting it, or is of a real person at all.
- Profiles and messages are not read or approved before they appear.
- Enforcement happens after publication, and mostly because a member tells us. Anyone can report a profile, and moderators can hide, suspend or remove accounts and remove content.
- We do not currently offer identity verification. No badge on Lumbre Vibra means we have confirmed who someone is.
Because reports are reviewed by people, we cannot promise a response time, and we do not claim to review everything. We do read reports and we do act on them.
Reporting and blocking
These are two different tools and they behave differently.
- Reporting sends the matter to our moderators. The person you report is not told who reported them. The report is readable only by moderators, and your name is not attached to anything that person sees. If you later delete your account, reports you filed stay with us with your identity removed.
- Blocking is immediate and does not involve us. Once you block someone, neither of you can see the other's profile, they cannot like you or message you, and the conversation between you is hidden from both of you. It is not deleted: if you unblock them later it comes back, unless its messages have already passed the 180-day limit in our privacy policy. They are not told that you blocked them.
- You can do both. Blocking someone does not report them, and reporting someone does not block them.
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then tell us at safety@lumbrevibra.com.
Meeting and talking to other members
You are solely responsible for how you interact with other members, on Lumbre Vibra and away from it. We do not screen members before they join, we do not confirm anyone's identity, and we cannot control what another person says or does.
Before you share personal information with anyone or agree to meet, please read our safety page. Meeting someone you know only from the internet carries real risk, and no website can remove it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, PGBDIC LLC is not responsible for the conduct of any member, and you release PGBDIC LLC and its owners, officers, employees and agents from claims arising out of your interactions with other members. This does not release us from liability the law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for our own fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code section 1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”
Memberships & billing
Lumbre Vibra has a free tier and more than one paid plan. Which plans exist, what each one includes, and what each one costs are shown on our pricing page and again before you pay — those are the versions that govern, not this page.
- The free tier lets you build a full profile, browse, and use basic search, with a limit on how many full profiles you can open. Liking, saving, messaging, and seeing who liked you are paid features.
- During the Launch Beta, while payments are not enabled, a member whose profile is published can also like, save, message and open full profiles without a limit, at no charge and with no card. Seeing who liked you and advanced search filters stay part of the paid plans. The Launch Beta is not a subscription, does not start a Founding Member period and does not take a founding place. We may end it or change what it includes, and we will tell you before it ends.
- No paid plan is on sale yet. Payment processing is not enabled, so no card can be charged today and no subscription can start, on any plan. Until that changes, anything you see about pricing describes what is planned rather than an offer you can accept.
- The first 1,000 qualifying members may start a Founding Member subscription: a card is required, $0 is charged today, and Premium-level access is free for six calendar months — after which the normal Premium price is charged automatically unless you cancel first. See Promotions below.
When the paid tier does open, these are the terms it will run on:
- The exact price, billing period and any promotion are shown to you before you pay. Nothing is charged without that screen.
- A paid membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep paid access until that period runs out.
- If a renewal payment fails, paid features stop while the payment is retried. Your profile, matches and conversation history are not deleted because of a failed payment.
- We may change prices. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a changed price is charged.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Some states give you the right to cancel a dating-service contract within a short period after you buy it and receive a full refund. Where the law of your state gives you that right, you have it, and nothing in these terms reduces it.
Refunds
No payments have been taken yet, so nothing is currently refundable because nothing has been charged. This is the policy that will apply once the paid tier opens.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. By default, a period you have already paid for is not refunded pro rata — you keep the access you paid for until it expires.
- If we charged you in error, charged you twice, or took a payment after you cancelled, tell us and we will refund it in full.
- If we suspend or remove your account for something you did not do, we will refund the unused part of your current period.
- If we remove your account for breaking these terms or our community guidelines, we do not owe you a refund.
- Nothing here removes a refund right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where that law gives you more, it wins.
To ask about a charge, write to hello@lumbrevibra.com.
Suspension and removal
You can stop using Lumbre Vibra whenever you like. You can hide your profile so nobody can find you and keep your account, or ask us to delete the account entirely — see your data.
We may hide, suspend or remove an account when someone breaks these terms or our community guidelines, when we are required to by law, or when leaving the account in place would put members at risk.
- For anything involving a minor, or a credible threat to someone's safety, we remove the account immediately and without warning.
- Otherwise we aim to tell you what happened and give you a way to reply. We are a small team, so we cannot promise a formal appeals process or a response time.
- If your account is removed, your profile stops being visible to other members. What is kept, anonymised or deleted afterwards is described in our privacy policy.
Promotions
Founding Member promotion. The first 1,000 qualifying members may start a Founding Member subscription: Premium-level access free for six calendar months, counted from the moment you start it. It is a subscription with a free trial, not a gift of free access.
- A payment card is required to start it. $0 is charged today. Your card is stored by our payment processor and kept on file for the subscription.
- When the six months end, the normal Premium price is charged automatically, and then again each billing period, until you cancel. The exact price, the billing period and the exact date of your first charge are shown to you before you enter a card, and you must tick a box to confirm you accept them.
- You can cancel at any time before the first charge from your membership settings, without contacting us. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged at the end of it, and you keep Premium access until the trial end date you were shown.
- If a payment fails after the trial, your membership follows the same recovery process as any other paid membership, described in Memberships & billing.
- There is one founding place per person. A place is taken only when a Founding subscription actually starts — not by signing up, publishing a profile, or opening the payment screen. Places are counted on our servers, and a place cannot be claimed twice, including through variations of the same email address such as added dots or “+” tags. Deleting your account and creating a new one does not make you eligible again.
- Accounts created for testing, demonstration, staff or administration do not receive a place. If an account is removed for breaking these terms or our community guidelines, its promotion ends with it.
- The number of places claimed that we show is the real count. The promotion has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Other launch promotions (such as preview pricing or limited-time free access) are offered at our discretion and may change, but a change never shortens a Founding Member period that has already started. Any gender-based access or pricing policy is subject to review and applicable law.
Review profiles and AI profiles
Every profile a member can see on Lumbre Vibra today belongs to a member account. We do not operate AI, automated or virtual profiles, and no automated account sends likes or messages to anyone.
- Founder review profiles. So we can check how the website looks, we keep a small set of fictional profiles that only our administrators can see. Ordinary members and visitors are blocked from them where the data is stored, so they never appear in Discover, Search, likes or messages, they cannot contact you, and they are never counted as members.
- If we ever add AI or virtual profiles, each one will be labeled as AI on the profile itself, on every card where it appears, and at the top of any conversation with it. Every automated message will say that it is automated. An AI profile will never carry a verification badge, never be shown as active or popular, and never be counted as a member.
- You will be able to block an AI or virtual profile the same way you block anyone else, and we will update these terms and our privacy policy before any such profile appears. We will never present an automated profile as a real person.
Disclaimers
LUMBRE VIBRA DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS OF ITS MEMBERS. We also do not confirm who anyone is. Confirming an email address only proves someone can receive mail there — it says nothing about the person. You are responsible for your own safety; please read our safety page.
Some things we are careful never to claim:
- We do not vouch for any member, and we do not screen people before they join.
- Where we show what you and another member have in common, that is a plain comparison of answers the two of you gave. It is not a prediction, a compatibility score, or advice that you should meet someone. A strong overlap means you wrote similar answers, nothing more.
- A match means two people liked each other. It is not a statement about either person.
- We do not show online status, typing indicators, read receipts, profile view counts, popularity or scarcity, and we do not invent activity of any kind. If something is not shown, it is because we decided not to guess.
- We are not part of, and not responsible for, what happens between members away from Lumbre Vibra. Meeting anyone is your decision.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will find anyone for you.
Limits on what we owe
To the extent the law allows, Lumbre Vibra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for what another member says or does, or for anything that happens when you meet someone.
Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
Some places do not allow these limits. Where the law that applies to you does not allow them, they do not apply to you, and nothing here removes a right you cannot waive — including any rights you have as a consumer.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PGBDIC LLC and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage or cost, including reasonable attorneys' fees, brought by anyone else and arising out of or relating to: your use of Lumbre Vibra; anything you post or send on it; your interactions with other members; or your breach of these terms or of the law.
We may take over the defense of any matter this section covers, and if we do, you agree to cooperate with us. This section does not make you responsible for our own negligence or misconduct, and it applies only to the extent the law that applies to you allows.
Our service and our name
The Lumbre Vibra name and logo, the design of the website and the software behind it belong to PGBDIC LLC or to those who license them to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the service for its intended purpose, in line with these terms. You may not copy, sell, resell or build on any part of it without our written permission.
If you believe something on Lumbre Vibra infringes your copyright or another right you hold, write to hello@lumbrevibra.com with the material in question, where it appears, and how to reach you, and we will look into it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change materially affects your rights or what you pay, we will tell you before it takes effect and give you a chance to stop using the service. Continuing to use Lumbre Vibra after a change takes effect means you accept it.
The line at the top of this page shows the version you are reading: a date once these terms are in effect, or "Draft" while they are still awaiting acceptance.
Governing law and disputes
Lumbre Vibra is owned and operated by PGBDIC LLC, an Illinois limited liability company.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and both of us consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you live outside the United States, or in a place whose law gives you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing here removes those rights.
Before filing anything, please write to us. Most problems are faster to fix than to litigate, and we would rather hear about it directly. Email hello@lumbrevibra.com with what happened and what you would like done about it.
General
- These terms, our privacy policy and our community guidelines are the whole agreement between you and us about Lumbre Vibra.
- If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce part of these terms straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your account or these terms to anyone else. We may transfer them as part of a sale, merger or reorganization of our business, and your rights under them continue.
- The sections on your content, disclaimers, limits on what we owe, indemnification, governing law and these general terms keep applying after your account ends.
- You agree that we may give you notices electronically, by email or inside the service, and that those count as notices in writing.
- We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by something beyond our reasonable control.
- We publish these terms in English and Spanish and intend them to say the same thing. If the two versions conflict, the English version controls, to the extent the law allows.
